30 Day Returns

Our hassle-free 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind.

SportRack takes quality seriously when it comes to both our products and our service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. For any damaged or defective products, please consult our guarantee.

For items purchased on www.sportrack.com, please read the following information:

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted from items purchased via www.sportrack.com.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new condition, with the packing slip, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.
  • Free shipping: SportRack will provide a pre-paid UPS label for all returns.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Your credit card will be credited for the invoice price. Your credit will appear after SportRack has received and processed your return through our return procedure.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process your returned package(s) upon arrival and an additional 5-10 business day for the credit to appear on your card.
  • Cargo boxes, keys, locks and spare parts are not eligible for our return guarantee. If you have any additional questions, please contact us directly.
  • Return an item by following the instructions below.

**For items not purchased at www.sportrack.com, please contact the purchase location to review their return policy and procedure.

Payment Methods

We do accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped. Most orders ship within 2 business days of receiving your order, if the items are immediately available.
Orders will be subject to a “pending charge” at the time of order, which confirms that the payment account exists. No money will be withdrawn, and the pending charge should be removed from your account once verified.


International and U.S. Territory Shipping

If you order from a website that provides shipping to international locations or US territories, these shipping destinations are identified at checkout. When you begin checkout, available shipping destinations can be selected from pull-down menus for Region and Country. If your desired destination is not included in the available selections, We cannot ship orders to it.


APO and FPO Addresses

When you request that your order ships to an APO or FPO address, the package will ship SAM (Space Available Mail). SAM is no additional charge and will ship your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available boat.


Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact Us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.  When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in Our store or any other store are not refundable.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Service Provider, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability (including product liability), damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) that arise from your use of any of Service Provider’s services.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. SportRack reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, SportRack will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with SportRack’s Return Policy.
